Shipping policy

At Arden Optics, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders placed before 2:00 PM PST are fulfilled the same day. Orders placed after this time will be fulfilled the following working day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States & Canada: 3–9 working days

  • United Kingdom & New Zealand: 4–7 working days

  • Australia: 6–10 working days

  • Rest of World: 6–12 working days

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
